Planning a party or special occasion? 🎉

We’d love more people to think of The Anchorage when they’re planning a bigger celebration — birthdays, anniversaries, retirement parties, family reunions, Christmas parties, celebrations of life, wakes and other special occasions.

We never charge for use of our function room. For larger celebrations of around 40 people or more, the function room can be reserved exclusively for your group, giving you your own space for the occasion.

It’s a lovely place for your food, cake, speeches, catching up and bringing everyone together.

You’re very welcome to arrange your own caterer, or we can recommend an excellent local one. If you’d like music or entertainment, just talk to us about what you have in mind and we’ll help work out the best setup for the evening. 🎶

All drinks are provided through our bar and Coffee Lounge, and all we ask is that guests purchase their drinks with us.

Our bar stays open as normal — we couldn’t possibly ban our wonderful Anglesey regulars just because you’re having a party! 😊

And if family or friends are travelling to Anglesey for your celebration, rooms are available from £40 per person per night, October to December, based on two people sharing a double room.

One-night stays are absolutely fine for guests attending your celebration.

So whether it’s a milestone birthday, anniversary, retirement, Christmas party, big family get-together, wake or simply one of those occasions when you want to get everyone together, we’d be delighted to hear from you. 🥂

🍂 Autumn & Winter Breaks at The Anchorage 🍂

We thought we'd put together a little autumn and winter offer for anyone who fancies a few relaxing days on Anglesey.

From October through to March, you can stay with us from £40 per person, per night, based on two people sharing a double room.

That includes your room, continental breakfast each morning, plus barista coffee and a slice of homemade cake in our Coffee Lounge on one day of your stay. ☕🍰

It's a minimum two-night stay and is available on most dates, subject to availability.
