Very excited to be shaking up our wine list! I love wine and this is something I’ve been wanting to do since coming back to run The Moorings with my mum. My dad was in charge of the list before and I’ve been nervous to step into his shoes, but I think he prepared me well - with a big appreciation for good wine enjoyed in good company. I have been able to work with some great importers to add some classics that I love, as well as a couple of slightly more unusual low intervention & natural producers that I’m really looking forward to sharing. Going to keep things changing with the seasons and some fun By The Glass specials on over the season. Can’t wait! Swipe to the end to see my wine love credentials 💛
