🐓 A LA CARTE MENU 🐓

Our spring lamb from Lannock Farm is one of our favourite dishes on the menu right now, served with courgette, goats curd and anchovy. Fresh, full of flavour and showcasing beautiful seasonal ingredients, it is a dish we are really proud of.

We are so excited about this A La Carte menu and incredibly grateful for Joe Walker and Thomas Morgan for making it happen week after week. Big love to the whole kitchen team for their passion, hard work and dedication every service.

🍷 SPANISH WINE DINNER 🍷

We can’t wait to welcome you for our Spanish Wine Dinner on Thursday 2nd July.

Our kitchen team has put together a fantastic five course menu, with James from pairing some brilliant Spanish wines alongside each dish.

Wine dinners are getting booked up faster and faster, and we now have just 3 tables left for this one.

Our next wine dinner will be a Greek Wine Dinner on Thursday 6th August, and we’ll be sharing that menu very soon too. 🇬🇷

A little something special for the middle of the week.

From 17th June, join us every Wednesday and Thursday evening for Midweek Treat, a seasonal five course dining experience for £45 per person, featuring a mix of favourite dishes, seasonal ingredients, and new ideas from the kitchen.

We know things can feel a little heavy sometimes, so we wanted to give something back with an experience that feels generous, relaxed, and genuinely enjoyable. A chance to step away from the routine for an evening, enjoy some thoughtful cooking, and make the middle of the week feel a little brighter. ❤️

🐓 SUNDAY ROAST AT THE C**K HITCHIN 🐓

We’re proud of our roasts. Big plates, proper gravy, crispy potatoes worth fighting over, and all the trimmings done the way they should be.

But Sundays here have never just been about the roast.

With the courtyard and outdoor bar open, there’s even more reason to stay a little longer, whether it’s a drink before lunch or one more afterwards in the sun ☀️

And now, this Sunday roast will also be arriving at one of our newest Herts Pubs, .george.graveley , with bringing his Sunday masterpiece over there too 🤝

🍷 ENGLISH WINE DINNER 🍷

We’re delighted to invite you to our next wine dinner at The C**k Hitchin, this time celebrating the very best of English wine.

Taking place on Thursday 4th June, the evening will feature a specially created five-course menu inspired by seasonal British ingredients, with each course carefully matched to wines from some of England’s leading vineyards.

It’s another menu our kitchen team has poured a huge amount of passion and attention into, and we can’t wait to share it with you.

We’re also pleased to be working alongside James from once again for the wine pairings. The final selections are still being confirmed, and we’ll share the full pairing list very soon. 🐓🍷
