Jess’s favourite from our new menu is the **Crispy Duck Salad** 😍

Crispy roasted hoisin duck with couscous, roasted peppers, chilli-pickled pineapple, vegetable ribbons and topped with crispy rice noodles.

❤️ **Today’s Dish of the Day is a little bit more special than usual…**

Today’s favourite has been chosen by our lovely **Emma**, who after looking after our residents at breakfast for the last year is heading off on a new adventure.

Emma is leaving us for a few months to go travelling, and while we’re all going to miss having her around the hotel, we’re so excited for everything she’s got ahead of her. ✈️🌍

So, before she goes, it only seemed right that she got to choose today’s favourite dish!

Emma’s pick is our **Falafel Burger** — topped with melted cheese, roasted peppers, aioli and fig & pear chutney, and served with chipotle mayo. 🍔

Over the last year, Emma has been the familiar face that so many of our residents have woken up to each morning. From the early starts and busy breakfast services to looking after our guests and being part of the Sun family, we want to say a huge **thank you** for everything she has done. ❤️

We hope you have the most incredible time travelling, Emma. Make some amazing memories, enjoy every minute and try not to forget about us while you’re off exploring the world! 😂

This isn’t goodbye — just **see you in the New Year**.

Today’s pick is Jack’s favourite — **Lamb Duo**. Lamb is a personal favourite of his, so this was always going to be his choice!

Roasted lamb rump, **served pink of course**, alongside a mini lamb pie, crushed new potatoes, seasonal veg, carrot & roasted red pepper purée and minted gravy 😍

Two ways with lamb and plenty of proper comfort food on the plate. Definitely one to try from our new menu!
