So that’s a wrap!
I just had to have a post thanking everyone so much for coming in before we closed. We had the busiest (and hottest 🥵) weekend in Chia history. Lots of old faces, regular faces and sad faces 😞 we appreciate you all and hope that someone else for all your sakes will decide to fly the flag in Hitchin for vegan, gluten free and healthy eaters 🤞🏻
The team were amazing the last week (as always 🥰) and I’m very grateful to them for being gracious and appreciating their Chia journey for what it was and understanding why it was coming to an end. The team we have had at Chia has always been really important to us. We didn’t just hire through necessity but with intention and we hope that showed in the ability to offer you a great service. I wish all the team the very best on their new ventures and I know they will all do something amazing with their lives as all were so individual and special in their own right.
No news on when the new establishment will be opening but hopefully soon and we are still clearing chia of food and packaging but otherwise everything is staying. (For all those asking for fittings and fixtures ☺️)
My little girl is already sad Chia is closed but in the long run she will be pleased that mummy is there for her when she needs me🤗
