Are you looking for the ultimate burger accompaniment? Best believe, Neigh York is the answer, the question and the whole damn situation. Packed with dill pickle, jalapeño, mustard and pickled chilli. It’s got tang, it’s got freshness, it’s got a bit a of spice but nothing to set the alarm bells off. We’re showing it here on a juicy little bacon cheeseburger but it sits at home on a deli sandwich, nachos or anywhere where you need that pickle hit. It’s up to you, Neigh York, Neigh York.

Well here we are. Heat Horse is 3 years old today! It has been an unbelievable ride so far but you had better believe we are very much just at the first couple of fences on this hot sauce Grand National. We’ve got a lot more sauces to make, a lot more people to meet and a frankly staggering number of horse puns still to unleash on you all.

So saddle up dear friends. This Horse is just picking up pace!

This past weekend marked 5 years since we lit the touch paper on what has become a pretty epic journey so far. The three of us in the guise of our previous insta account Three Men And A Ladle took our inaugural road trip down to London for Hot Sauce Society. We ate sauce, we chatted with all the amazing producers, we experienced heat we’ve never experienced before. Safe to say, we were hooked. And we wanted in.

Shortly after our return, Chaz picked up some scotch bonnets from Asda, picked some blackberries out of his garden and with a bit of knowledge and a lot of blind optimism, knocked up 10 bottles of sauce. Our first ever 10 bottles.

Fast forward to 2026 and after 20-something-thousand bottles of sauce and a borderline hilarious number of markets and events, we’re now gearing up to go back for what will be our fourth Hot Sauce Society event as traders, and our second at Meatopia UK at To***co Dock. And best believe we’re buzzing for it.

Funny how these things pan out.

We needed to fuel up ahead of Leicester Festival this weekend so we fueled up PROPER. Crispy wings two ways (Garlic Parmesan Ranch & Maple Stirrup and Hot Honeigh) served alongside cheesy charred cauliflower (with a Shergarlic topping) and a tangy red cabbage and courgette slaw. Absolutely sublime and hit all the right notes. If you wanna make something like this, all the sauces and seasonings you need will be on our table in the Midlands Makers, Creatives + Small Businesses tent all weekend. Come on down. You shan’t regret it!

For us boys here at Horse Towers, this is Christmas, the World Cup final and the Super Bowl all rolled into one. We’re gearing up for our annual return to Argents Mead for Feast Hinckley. Our biggest event of the year and a chance to show home town what three of their own can do with a couple of giant saucepans and a whole shedload of chillies. Join us from 10-5 both Saturday AND Sunday and prepare yourselves for a weekend of foodie perfection. There are tons of traders, there’s street food, there’s music, there’s fun for the whole family and there’s Hinckley’s own hot sauce. What more could you want?! HINCKERS! Let’s run this back again!

For those who missed it, here’s some snippets of my little live cookalong using our Shergarlic seasoning on a banger sausage and crayfish mac and cheese. First time we’ve really tried this talking on camera malarkey but something I’m keen to do much more of. If you like it, let us know and we’ll push ourselves to do more of it!

London, we’re coming back! This Saturday AND Sunday we are packing up the wagon with as much sauce as we are heading back to in Peckham. This is the event that 5 years ago set the fire for us to maybe one day go into business together. Then last year we headed down for the first time as traders and we had a ball. So much so that we had to run it back. Join us and an absolute smorgasbord of some of the finest traders of spice in this here land for two days of pure unadulterated fire. Copeland Park, we’ll see you at the weekend!
