Join us for the next Candlelit Sound Bath hosted by SoundbyFaith.
What to expect:
✨ Guided meditation
✨ 60 minute sound bath
✨ Choice of hot drink & cake off the full menu
✨ A chance to socialise & relax in a beautiful setting
Sound bathing is a beautiful practice, a powerful form of meditation which allows us to switch off from the outside world and go within. Tonight is all about healing, nurturing and giving ourselves time to relax.

🪷Where: The Wild Lotus coffee house, Hinckley
👛 Cost: £25.00 per person
Faith will guide us through this wonderful, healing practice designed for your ultimate relaxation in the comfort of our gorgeous coffee house.
Sample menu includes -
All popular coffees, full selection of black and herbal teas and a wide selection of cakes to pick from. We also have vegan and gluten free options.
Please bring with you:
💫 Warm & comfy clothes
🌜 Yoga mat, pillow & blanket
🌚 Bottle of water
✨Socks/slippers (body temperature can drop)
We do have yoga mats if you need to borrow one, please let us know in advance.
Spaces are limited to maximise your experience, there will be chairs and loungers available if you prefer to sit rather than lie down on the mats.
Our coffee house also has wheelchair access with parking just around the corner. This evening is welcome to everybody, no experience of sound bathing necessary.
PLEASE NOTE this event may not be suitable for the following:
• 1 & 3rd trimester pregnancy
• Pacemakers
• Epilepsy
• Bipolar/schizophrenia
• Sound sensitive health concerns
• Metal implants
• Tinnitus
