Starting from today - Thursday (16.07) after a lot of careful thought, we have made the decision to increase our prices. We've held off for as long as we could, but this change is necessary to keep us going, to keep us using the same quality ingredients, and to keep making the pizzas you love.

Hi all 😊👋

Following a shocking situation, we feel it is important to clarify the following:

Yesterday, a customer with a nut allergy expressed the strong belief that a product labeled "may contain nuts" is safe for consumption by individuals with nut allergies.

We must state that this is totally incorrect!
We are unwilling to compromise the safety of our customers within our pizza place.

Our flour, depending on the supplier and type, either contains nuts or may contain traces of nuts.
This information is clearly indicated on our allergen list. While we have previously served customers with nut allergies, our policy regarding this has since been updated.
Please don't argue with us or threaten us that we don't have the right to refuse serving you 😢

If we cannot guarantee a safe, cross-contamination-free environment for a specific allergy, we are fully legally entitled and required by food safety laws to refuse service.
