Created by Chef Shaun with amazing Harvey & Brockless ingredients, our Passion Fruit Cheesecake is fresh, vibrant and just the right way to finish a meal.

Served with Genoise sponge, meringue and passion fruit gel, it’s a lovely balance of creamy, fruity and light.
