Meet the Team! It’s me, El👋🏽
Looking back at some photos, it made Sam and I reflect on the last four years of my journey at The Devon Doorway.
I started at The Dev as a part-time job when I began university. As I progressed into a Team Coach role, I realised how much I enjoyed supporting and developing the team around me. During my final year at university, I commuted in while working as a Shift Supervisor here, allowing me to take on even more responsibility and continue growing within the business. Fast forward to this year, and I’ve officially been signed off as Assistant Manager⭐️
My journey from Team Member to Assistant Manager has been constantly evolving, with Sam always encouraging me to push myself and take on new challenges along the way.
You might recognise me from our Instagram reels, or perhaps from serving your Sunday roast every week without fail (unless I’m on holiday! 😆). Either way, I genuinely love what I do. From looking after our guests to supporting the team and continuing to learn every day, it’s been an incredible journey so far 🫶🏼
