🌿✨ A Heartfelt Goodbye from The Secret Garden ✨🌿
After 22 incredible years, it’s time for me to turn the page and begin a new chapter. From the early days as a humble green grocer, to blossoming into a florist, and finally becoming the cozy café many of you came to know and love. This little shop has lived many lives, and each one has been a joy to share with you.
To my wonderful customers, friends, and community: thank you. Thank you for every coffee shared, every flower purchased, every story told, and every moment you chose to spend here. You made The Secret Garden what it is not just a shop, but a home.
As I retire and close the doors, my heart is full. Grateful, proud, and ready for whatever comes next.

They are back! We have another CHEESE tasting and POTTERY workshop evening at The Secret Garden Cafe on the 28th March, 6-9pm 🧀

That’s right… CHEESE TASTING and POTTERY MAKING!

£75 per person, for 3 hours, starting with creating a pair of Bud vases with .studios using basic slab building techniques, then moving on to tasting a selection of chosen cheeses with to go with it, the perfect way to spend time with a loved one! You will get a complimentary glass of bubbles or hot drink on arrival, and are more than welcome to BYOB to get the creative juices flowing!

That’s right… CHEESE TASTING and POTTERY PLATTER MAKING!

£65 per person, for 3 hours, starting with creating your very own ceramic cheese platter with .studios , then tasting a selection of chosen cheeses with to go with it, just in time for Christmas! You will get a complimentary glass of bubbles or hot drink on arrival, and are more than welcome to BYOB to get the creative juices flowing!

A Little Bit of Cheese can be found inside the gorgeous Secret Garden Cafe in Bengeo every Monday & Thursday 2-5pm 🧀

Lovely to pop in and see (and smell) the many cheeses on display. I would definitely recommend checking them out if you are passing 😃❤️👍

After a successful opening at Hertford Farmers Market on Saturday, I’ll be starting my cheese pop ups this week at The Secret Garden Bengeo. Mondays and Thursdays 2-5pm.
Please do come in for cheesy chat and sample some gorgeous artisan British cheese. Look forward to seeing you this afternoon🧀
