Pickle & Slice Fresh food It is all about delicious handmade food for us, all prepared and finished to your taste in front of you.

Pickle & Slice is an independent food shop based in the centre of Hertford and describe ourselves as an “eating house” as we cook here, from scratch, for your eating enjoyment. We are the perfect choice for a morning snack or a satisfying lunch fix. We also make our own sausage rolls, cakes & bread pudding daily, and make afternoon teas to order. As well as serving the lovely people of Hertford fr

om the shop, we also provide an outside catering service. Office meetings, networking events, training days, weddings, dinner parties, birthdays, funerals, christenings…you name it! If you need great tasting food at your event, we're here! We have some menus to get the ideas flowing but generally we work on an entirely bespoke basis and design menus to suit your needs. So come on in and pick our brains, we love talking about food!
