Menza cafe is looking for enthusiastic team members to join our growing workforce.

We’re looking for someone who is confident working or willing to learn a multi-role position.

Roles include :
- Cafe Assistant
- Barista
- Front of House
- Bar
- Event support

As the Cafe works cohesively with the Henley Rugby Club, this role is ideal for someone who is very friendly and enjoys working amongst a lovely community.

What we’re looking for :
- Positive and Friendly personality
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and a strong team player
- Barista or hospitality experience
