We love seeing businesses start with us in a fresh new office, then they may increase their days, take on more business & grow their staff members! Its what we're all about here at Inner Space Office and Storage. Small offices for self employed, entrepreneurs and small businesses. Unfortunately, that means that sometimes businesses outgrow our space and have to move on to continue their journey. Still very exciting for them, but we then have to start the process again.
We currently have 2 office spaces available, one immediately, one from September.
Would suit 1-4 staff members with use of our shared kitchen area (tea and coffee provided). We have onsite internet connection, parking and are dog friendly and we're all ready for you to start or continue your business journey! Based on The Henfield Business Park and surrounded by many other businesses with easy access to A23 and A27 to Brighton, London and beyond.

Does your business need a new base, have you outgrown your home office or do you want to get a better work/life balance?
We have a couple of offices available that might help you to separate work from home and re-claim your space!
Based on The Henfield Business Park we let our offices on flexible, easy access terms. The rents are all inclusive so no nasty extra bills, etc to think about and most businesses qualify for Business Rate Relief.
We have an upstairs storage facility that may help with archive files or stock storage.
We provide tea and coffee in our communal kitchen but there is also a lovely catering trailer on site provided by Roasted and you can't miss the Truffles van when it arrives!
We currently have solicitors, soft furnishing companies, marketing agents, etc renting our spaces so lots of varied professions plus, the Business Park has many other trades and professions- it's a great location.
Rents starting from £375 pm plus VAT.
