Tiramisu Overnight Oats ☕️🤎

All the flavour of a tiramisu. None of the effort.

Recipe:
🤎 80g oats
🤎 200ml milk (or plant-based)
🤎 2 tbsp brewed Smiths espresso, cooled
🤎 1 tbsp mascarpone
🤎 1 tsp cocoa powder
🤎 1 tbsp honey or sugar syrup
🤎 Dark chocolate or cocoa powder to finish

Method:

1. Mix the oats, milk, espresso, mascarpone and honey together in a jar or bowl until combined.
2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
3. In the morning, give it a good stir and top with a dusting of cocoa powder and a little grated dark chocolate.
4. Enjoy straight from the jar ☕️

Dessert for breakfast and we're not sorry about it 🤎
