NEW MENU SEASONAL SPOTLIGHT

Every day over the next week, we will be sharing a spotlight on one of our fabulous new seasonal dishes.

Today's 🔦EXTRA spotlight🔦dish is
Roasted fig, whipped goat's cheese & walnut salad

Sweet, savory, creamy, and crunchy. This salad has it all. 🍇🧀✨
We start with sweet, jammy roasted figs that contrast perfectly with a cloud of light, velvety whipped goat’s cheese.
Topped with toasted walnuts for that essential crunch, it’s a stunning plate of food that proves salads are anything but boring. 😍
🥗 The perfect starter to kick off dinner, or a light and luxurious option.

Today's 🔦spotlight🔦dish is
Roasted Pumpkin & Ricotta Ravioli.
Served with pan-fried sage leaves and baked pumpkin seeds; this perfect autumnal pairing gives subtle contrasting flavours, silky textures, and a cosy aroma.

Our new menu launch today has been fantastic! Our wonderful team joined in with taste testing the dishes alongside our guests and the verdict is 👌👏🫶.

We hope you get to join us soon to sample these delectable dishes.

Our fabulous team and guests couldn't decide between the Cod, white bean and chorizo cassoulet, pumpkin and ricotta ravioli or the Kashmiri lamb curry. The whipped goat's cheese and fig salad was definitely a winner as was the mini cherry sundae with pistachios and honey.

All beautifully resented and packed full of flavour...what's not to love?

We can't wait to find out what your favourite will be.

🧐QUIZZICKLE MINDS WANTED🧐 Tuesdays 8pm

We are proudly supporting Helston Seahawks Girls Youth Football Team over the next 5 weeks (until 03.11.26).

The U13 girls' team has had a great season so far but need our help to raise vital funds to support their journey. We have many regular quizzers who join us every week and support every charity and group that we fundraise for. Could you help us too?

We are proudly supporting NCI Nare Point throughout September and October 2026.

NCI watchkeepers provide the eyes and ears along the coast, monitoring radio channels and providing a listening watch in poor visibility. When people find themselves in trouble, they are there to alert HM Coastguard and direct the appropriate rescue services to the casualty.

Grab some friends, form a team, and see if you have what it takes to beat the regular quizzers at The Tuns 😉 and raise money and awareness for this worthy charity.

Rory takes the keys to the refurbished Cross Keys pub in Nottingham! 🗝️

Our new Management Partner Rory Calladine has taken the reins at the popular city centre pub following a £100,000 investment.

🗨️"I was instantly drawn to the pub and as soon I discovered it was available in a partnership with Punch, I jumped at the chance." 🍍

Regular guests at The Cross Keys will instantly notice the pub’s traditional feel and special characteristics have been retained throughout but that a complete refresh has taken place. 💫

We have reopened the Keyworth Tavern following a quarter-of-a-million refurbishment 🔥

The Keyworth pub in Nottingham, run by our Management Partner John Francis, had been closed for 5 weeks while we tore out the bar, stripped the pub back and replaced everything with new, modern furnishings. 🤩

Great work by everyone involved in the transformation 🥂

Newly married couple Gareth and Jamie Furness have take the over The Bay Horse Inn in Pickering. 🔔

The pub has received a £400,000 investment and Gareth says it has been very well received by locals. 😃

“We are seeing more locals returning to the pub, faces that haven't been seen here for many years and we are seeing them on a regular basis... The refurb has really put The Bay Horse Inn back on the map and firmly at the heart of the Pickering community.” ❤️
