**An important update from Sun Chippy 📢**

Since taking over Sun Chippy, we’ve been working incredibly hard behind the scenes to give the business the fresh start it deserves.

Unfortunately, this has meant dealing with a number of challenges inherited from the previous ownership, including extensive deep cleaning, damaged equipment, unsafe electrical wiring and broken windows - the list goes on.

We have also experienced ongoing difficulties gaining control of essential parts of the business, including access to the Google account and online ordering platform, which has contributed to some of the issues customers may have experienced with our app and online services.

Until now, we have deliberately chosen not to discuss these matters publicly. Our focus has always been on moving forward, avoiding unnecessary drama and making positive changes for both the business and our local community.

Unfortunately, we are now also having difficulties securing continued access to the existing Sun Chippy telephone number. Rather than risk customers suddenly being unable to contact us, we have made the decision to change our number proactively. **Our old number will no longer be in use from Friday.**

📞 **Please save our new number: 01436653235**

Running an independent local business is challenging enough, and circumstances like these make that journey even harder. Despite the setbacks, we remain completely focused on improving Sun Chippy, serving our customers and becoming a positive part of the community.

If you could take a moment to **share this post**, we would really appreciate it. It will help us make sure as many of our customers as possible know about the change and can save our new number.

Thank you for your continued patience and support. ❤️
