I’ve just put some custard slices in the Fridge 🙌🏻

They aren’t as set as I’d like them to be (practice makes perfect) but they are still banging, I’ve just had one with a brew ☕️

I’ve always worked in offices where we called it Fat Friday 🤣 The last day of the working week, the weekend’s in sight, everything slows down a little and the diet can wait until Monday!

Just a reminder, this is a trial, so not everything will be out at opening time. I’ll be baking throughout the day and stocking the shed as things are ready, so keep checking back. There’s already some amazing treats nearly ready to go! 👀🍰
