🇮🇹 It all starts with the ingredients.

We’re pretty fussy about what goes on our pizzas.

San Marzano tomatoes, Fior di latte, Caputo flour, proper Italian meats, fresh burrata, local honey… the good stuff.

Could we use cheaper ingredients? Yeah, probably.

But that’s not what we’re about.

We’d rather spend a bit more, use ingredients we genuinely rate and make pizza we’re proud to serve.

📣 WE’RE HIRING – FULL-TIME MANAGER

As Fratelli continues to grow and we prepare to open our new deli, we’re looking for an experienced Manager to join our team in Hebden Bridge.

This is a full-time position with responsibility across both Fratelli Restaurant and our new Italian deli, so we’re looking for someone who can take real ownership of the day-to-day operation.

The right person will have:

🍴 Proven management experience within hospitality
🥪 Experience working within a deli environment
👥 Strong leadership and people-management skills
⭐ A genuine passion for great food and excellent customer service
💪 The confidence to lead a busy operation and maintain high standards

We’re looking for someone who wants to become an important part of Fratelli as we enter an exciting new chapter and continue to grow the business.

Full-time hours including weekends and evenings
Competitive salary, dependent on experience
Based in Hebden Bridge
