Hey Gang ...WELL !!? WHAT A WEEKEND! Not just here at the Barn Door but the whole of Heaton rose to the occasion of Heaton Pride..it makes me so proud to be a part of it.
So many thank yous ...Firstly Thank You to Heaton Pride organisers..oh my word the work they put in is seriously huge...what an effort x
On a personal note at The Barn Door, the performers were incredible kick8ng us off was Chloe Walker amazing job what a voice. Headlining on Friday was the fabulous Anna Reay and boy oh boy she blew our socks off.
Gloria Love and Quinn Stanger entertained us all with the fabulous presentation of The Barn Door Deal or No Deal in aid of The Wardrobe
A huge thank you to Christopher John Tomkins the amazing Head of Yes at Virgin who pulled it out the bag as a donation to the cause with an incredible Hot Air Balloon Ride for two Experience Day!! Thank you Chris looking forward to you being back at The Barn soon and Congratulations to our winner David too!
Closing us out pn Sunday was the wonderfully charismatic Daniel Iverson who played his socks off, full of fun and lead us in our Line Dance..you were amazing fella !
To the fabulous Renoll Webb of Ren's Kitchen if you saw his van and tasted his incredible food you were one of the very lucky ones x what a star and really needs to be a regular in Heaton as he brings such a colourful spirit ๐๐ฏ๐ฒ
To Corrin the Window Artist, she brought my vision to life!
Special thanks goes to what I like to think is now our "Entertainment Team". They come at the drop of a cowboy hat they listen, support and carry out every whim of yours truly to bring you the best in organised entertainment of course our very own Danny McGlen who works relentlessly, always there banging outcthe tunes for you! To Quinn for so much unseen back ground work and help as well as being front man with Gloria...and to Joanna Bainbridge, who pulled everything together to get logo tshirts hats and caps sorted for the event as well as training and completing the T26 mile Trek! If you were lucky enough to win a ONE-OFF HEAT9N PRIDE '26 TSHIRT treasure it !
Last but not least the BAR TEAM, Adam Jack, Iesha, Liv, and Mike all worked tirelessly to get you through your weekend ### I love you all and I couldn't have done this without you ๐ฅฐ๐๐ฅฐ๐๐คฉ
