Friday is National Fish & Chips Day and if there’s one thing we love at The Thatched Inn, it’s a proper plate of fish & chips.

Crispy beer-battered fish, our housemade chunky triple-cooked chips, mushy peas & tartare sauce.

Pair it with a glass of Cava or a No Aperol Spritz for just £22.

We’re incredibly proud of our fish & chips and genuinely think it’s one of the best you’ll find anywhere in Sussex. But don’t just take our word for it…

Meet a couple of our brilliant team at The Thatched Inn… 🍻 👉🏼

Over the past year, there have been a lot of memorable moments at The Thatched Inn - from opening weekend queues out the door, community quiz nights, new dishes, busy services, Bravo Awards recognition and always always plenty of laughs along the way!

This only happens with the people behind the scenes and front of house who make this place what it is.

So whilst we plan new and exciting things, we also wanted to reflect on a full first year and share a few of the team’s favourite memories, go-to dishes and what they’re most proud of after year one.

BANK HOLIDAY WEEKEND

☀️ The Tin Hut is serving up Marshfield Farm indulgent Ice-Cream, real fruit popsicles & even some Doggy Ice-Cream to keep those pooches cool in the heat 🐶🍦 (Hey, watch this space as we’ve got some more plans for The Tin Hut 😉)
