And trust us… this one is something special.
On a recent trip to Italy, we met Andrea — the truffle guy
and after one unforgettable tasting, we knew we had to bring a piece of Tuscany back to Stuzzi. Thanks to Andrea, we’ve secured a supply of the freshest, largest Tuscan summer black truffles, imported exclusively for us throughout June.
To celebrate this incredible ingredient, we’ve created two timeless dishes designed to let these beautiful truffles truly shine.
🍽️ Tartare di Manzo con Tartufo
North Yorkshire beef sirloin tartare with egg yolk, capers, Pecorino Romano and crispy potato, finished with generous shavings of fresh Tuscan summer black truffle.
🍝 Tagliolini al Tartufo
Handmade egg tagliolini in a silky Parmesan and butter emulsion, topped tableside with freshly shaved Tuscan summer black truffle.
