Stuzzi (Stut-zee),short for Stuzzichini, are little plates of Italian cuisine served in small Osterias and bars throughout Italy especially in and around Venice, traditionally eaten by hand, in-between drinks to "keep ones self going". Our Stuzzi is best shared between diners in a manner similar to tapas, giving you the opportunity
to enjoy the wealth of dishes we have picked up whilst traveling t

he country. Traditional recipes sit along side modern Italian cooking and street food essentials to create a chaotic mix of gastronomic treats from the worlds greatest food country, complimented by our carefully selected imported wine and meats and cheeses. All sweets and bakery are produced in house from imported Neopolitian flour and prepared using techniques passed to us by Italian friends and colleagues
We believe our obsession delievers a glimpse of whats on offer beyond the tourist traps into true Italy.

And trust us… this one is something special.

On a recent trip to Italy, we met Andrea — the truffle guy

and after one unforgettable tasting, we knew we had to bring a piece of Tuscany back to Stuzzi. Thanks to Andrea, we’ve secured a supply of the freshest, largest Tuscan summer black truffles, imported exclusively for us throughout June.

To celebrate this incredible ingredient, we’ve created two timeless dishes designed to let these beautiful truffles truly shine.

🍽️ Tartare di Manzo con Tartufo
North Yorkshire beef sirloin tartare with egg yolk, capers, Pecorino Romano and crispy potato, finished with generous shavings of fresh Tuscan summer black truffle.

🍝 Tagliolini al Tartufo
Handmade egg tagliolini in a silky Parmesan and butter emulsion, topped tableside with freshly shaved Tuscan summer black truffle.

As you know we love to mix it up on bank holiday’s , we had Apres ski ( sell out ) & then stuzzi fish shack ( sell out )
Now its time for a brand new theme, something that we have been wanting to do for ages !
On our first Italian tour we visited a small little village north Palermo & we went to a tiny little shop called coccinella ( ladybird ) there was a queue down the road waiting for the shop to open
We joined !
All they served was whole rotisserie chicken , spat-coked on a bed of potatoes socked in chicken gravy
One of the most memorable meals on our whole tour
Anyhow’s we have serving the best rotisserie chicken this side of Palermo for this bank holiday
With those juicy roast potato & there is talk of a giant Yorkshire pudding stuffed with rotisserie chicken & gravy
The star of the show will be accompanied by an array of season salads , Stuzzichini & arancini’s all washed down you spritz & Sicilian messina beer infused sea salt & lemon 🍋 get your table booked for chicken fest !

As you know, we love mixing it up on Bank Holidays…First there was Après Ski ❄️ (sell out), then Stuzzi Fish Shack 🐟 (sell out) — and now it’s time for something completely new… and something we’ve wanted to do for years.

On our very first tour of Italy, we visited a tiny village just north of Palermo and stumbled across a little rotisserie shop called Coccinella (“ladybird”). There was a queue stretching down the road before they’d even opened.

So naturally… we joined it.

All they served was whole rotisserie chicken — spit-roasted over potatoes soaking up all that glorious chicken gravy.

Simple. Perfect. One of the most memorable meals of the entire trip.

So for this Bank Holiday Sunday, we’re bringing a little slice of Sicily to you 🇮🇹

Expect the best rotisserie chicken this side of Palermo, juicy roast potatoes drenched in gravy, and rumours of a giant Yorkshire pudding stuffed with rotisserie chicken & gravy… 👀

Alongside the star of the show, there’ll be seasonal salads, stuzzichini, arancini, plenty of spritz, and ice-cold Sicilian Messina beer with sea salt & lemon 🍺🍋

BRAND NEW MENU 🙌🏼 WE HAVE SMASHED IT
Arancini con barbabietola e balsamico
Beetroot and balsamic risotto balls, deep fried until golden and filled with a melting centre of gorgonzola and chilli butter.

Carciofi fritti:
Baby globe artichokes, stuffed with Taleggio cheese and wrapped in lardo, deep fried in an Italian beer batter and served with an artichoke and saffron aioli.

Moscardini con piselli e bottarga:
Baby octopus, slowly braised with garden peas in a light white wine and fish stock, finished with fresh basil and grated bottarga, a cured mullet roe.

Rombo liscio con Gallinacci:
Fillet of brill, lightly steamed to order and served with a roasted chicken and yeast butter sauce, buttered girolle mushrooms and sea vegetables.

Insalata di funghi crudi:
Salad of raw, shaved brown mushrooms, aged Pamiggiano Reggiano, lollo bianco lettuce and flat leaf parsley. Tossed in a vibrant citrus dressing and finished with white truffle oil and porcini salt.

Porri confit:
Confit leek, slowly cooked in a burnt leek oil, served on white onion puree with black garlic and crispy leek tops.

Burrata con radicchio e uve:
Fresh, imported burrata with roasted radicchio, blistered red grapes, a Yorkshire honey and verjus dressing and crushed pecans.

Bucatini vongole con nduja:
Bronze die bucatini pasta with freshly steamed clams, nduja, samphire and slow roasted tomatoes, tossed in a rich shellfish and San Marzano tomato sauce.

Trottole con p**i patati:
Stuzzi made trottole pasta with a ragu of roasted red peppers, potato, fresh chilli and basil.

Pappardelle con ragu di frattaglie:
A classic example of quinto quarto cooking, a tradition focused on using all parts of the animal, this slow cooked offal ragu comprises of chicken livers, hearts and ox hearts, flavoured with pancetta, rosemary, sage, red wine and tomato. Finished with grated pecorino Romano.

Baked monkfish tail smothered in rich, creamy thermidor sauce, smoked scamoza and fior di latte cheese. Topped with crispy pig skin then stone baked until bubbling, served on skinny french fries tossed in garlic butter & fresh parsley.

Wouldn’t it be awesome if you could visit a vineyard, this Saturday, the 18th APRIL & see the best of the local food producers, indulge in a cheese & wine tasting, learn about the amazing vineyard with a wine talk from the owners , all with live music with a wine bar & hopefully the some rays ..
