Thug Sandwich Co. is hiring!

We’re looking for a Full Time Shop Assistant to join our small, close-knit team. The role is 35–40 hours a week and includes barista work and a bit of light veg prep. Hospitality or food handling experience is great, but full training will be provided.

If you’re friendly, reliable, and up for good coffee and even better sandwiches, we’d love to hear from you.

🎄 CHRISTMAS OPENING HOURS 🎄

We’re open as usual Wednesday 24th (Christmas Eve) for all your last-minute sandwich needs.

Then we’re closed from Christmas Day through to Sunday 4th January while Santa and his elves recover.

We’re back open Monday 5th January, rested, recharged and ready to feed you again.

Meat candy. Char siu glazed slow cooked belly pork. Served on a toasted brioche from with sriracha mayo, pickled cucumber, sesame seeds, coriander & spring onions.

We’ve reduced the asking price to £50,000 in order to find the right buyer quickly. This is a busy, fully operational, fully equipped sandwich shop in central Harrogate, with a loyal customer base and strong local following.

August Bank Holiday update…

CLOSED Monday 25th — we’re taking a moment to recharge. But don’t worry, we’ll be back on Tuesday 26th, ready to serve you the usual Thug goodness, fresh and bold as ever.

We hope you enjoy the long weekend—whether that’s lounging, lunching, or just living it up. We’ll be waiting with sandwiches made just how you like ’em.
