* Room-only accommodation – no breakfast or evening meals available.
* Fully equipped rooms with quality amenities.
* Beds are made up as super king-size and can be arranged as twin beds upon advance request.
* Self check-in and check-out.
* Standard check-in from 1 pm and check-out by 11 am. Alternative check-in and check-out times may be arranged upon request, subject to availability.
* Housekeeping service available upon request for stays longer than 2 nights, including freshening up the room and replenishing amenities.
* Three parking spaces – first come, first served.

Booking terms:

* Full payment by bank transfer is required to confirm the booking.
* Free cancellation up to 3 days before arrival.
* Dates can be adjusted upon request, subject to availability.

A LITTLE SEASONAL UPDATE

As the season comes to an end, our restaurant and bar will be taking a winter break from 1st November 2026.

Our accommodation will remain open until 11th December 2026, with evening meals available every night for our resident guests.

We look forward to welcoming everyone back for the new season on Good Friday, 26th March 2027.

Thank you so much for your continued support. It means a lot to us, and we look forward to seeing you again soon!

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for the launch of our authentic Thai menu at Pattra’s Restaurant.

We have been overwhelmed by your support, lovely comments, and wonderful feedback. It was fantastic to see so many guests enjoying the authentic flavours of Thailand, freshly prepared by our talented Thai chefs, Wandee and Mia.

We were delighted to be fully booked over our opening weekend and, unfortunately, had to turn away some guests due to limited availability.

🇹🇭 Exciting News from Pattra’s Restaurant 🇹🇭

We’re delighted to announce that, following the growing popularity of Thai cuisine in the area, Pattra’s Restaurant will become a fully Thai restaurant!

Led by Chef Wandee and her assistant Mia, our kitchen will focus on authentic Thai dishes, while Pattra and Anastasiia will continue to provide the warm welcome and friendly service you know and love.

Our official launch will be on Friday, 19th June, giving us time to prepare everything for this exciting new chapter. Our new menu will be announced soon.

In the meantime, this Friday and Saturday we’ll be offering a simple residents’ menu for non-residents, featuring a selection of Thai-British favorites. Kindly see the menu in the first comment.
