We’re still recovering (in the best way possible) from a marvellous time had on Saturday at Hanwell Carnival! 🎪✨ I think we can all agree it was *so good* to have Hanwell Carnival back in full swing! 🥳

Taking The Dodo on the road is always a whirlwind. Here are some fun BTS facts for you from the day! Hanwell Massive, community and sunshine will always make the hard work worth it! 🩵🥰

▪️The van we booked just decided to be not available at 9am on the morning of Hanwell Carnival! Strong start! 💪 We had to deploy multiple car trips! Hanwell Massive to the rescue! 🛟
▪️We had to convince security to let us on site as we weren’t listed as a vendor! 😅 Classic - your name’s not down you’re not coming in! 😎
▪️Multiple car trips carting equipment and drinks meant I dropped some kind Hanwell Massivers right in the deep end with the task of erecting & setting up the bar with practically no instruction and guidance! 😬 Like real life Task Master but not as fun! 🧩
▪️1183 pints served in total! 🍻 That’s about 197 pints per hour!! 😮‍💨 Couldn’t be possible without the dream team behind the bar!! 🩵
▪️108 Dodo Rum Punches served! 🍹 Yes we may have run out towards the end! Noted for next time! 🥳
▪️All the Jawbone Brewing beer sold out bar a teeny amount of IPA!! 🍺
▪️We have a small amount of Verdant Brewing Co Lightbulb left so that’s now on down The Dodo as a semi permanent! Woo hoo! 🥳🍻

Dodo In The Park! Looking like it's going to be the *perfect* weather for Hanwell Carnival this Saturday! YAY!! We'll be popping up in Elthorne Park from 12 - 6pm and then The Dodo will be open as usual from 6pm for the Carnival After Party!
