We’ve had a very busy few days in The K&Q - thank you to everyone who has joined us for food & drinks in our beautiful courtyard garden: lovely tables in the shade & table service - wet dishcloths to cool down and plenty of ICE! (We haven’t run out yet) …even Coco the pub dog, looked cool in her sunnies!

Thursday night (TONIGHT) is GRILL NIGHT - we still have a few tables available so give us a call to see if we can accommodate you.

Tonight we’re back in the main kitchen serving up delicious steaks from OWTONS, cooked to order by the Kitchen team who’ve been working ALFRESCO this week. (we served really tasty alternatives on the Green Egg & pizza oven, as the heat our kitchen has been just about unbearable). Happy chefs = happy life!!!

Huge thank you to all my wonderful staff who’ve been under huge heatwave pressure this week: they’ve worked long hours in hot conditions : they’ve been pretty amazing! Thank you to the customers who’ve acknowledged this; I’ve never had so much positive feedback, hopefully we’re on the path to a few cooler days!
