"We promise to source quality ingredients, bbq the old fashioned way with smoke & time" A Pitmaster is someone who has mastered the skills and techniques to create outstanding barbecue on the smoke pit. With grease on their hands, sweat on their brows and meat on their minds, barbecue is more than a hobby, it's a passion. And this is exactly how our Pitmaster 'Tex' feels about his BBQ and we truly hope you'll experience that passion within every bite.
