We know that some women experience Pelvic Floor issues which may impact their ability and confidence to participate in physical activity and exercise. To help to support you with this, we introduce:

Sam Church, Pelvic Health Coach and Hypopressives Teacher has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in this area and is providing a talk to our members on how you can care for and protect your Pelvic Health with some useful insights and practical tips. Sam will share her own lived Pelvic Health experience and the share methods, including her own Hypopressives technique which improved her own prolapse and bladder leakage symptoms.

This is a session not to miss! The talk will take place on Wednesday 24 June at 10.45am and is free to our customers. Please message to reserve your place as places are limited for a safe and supportive space
