Regarding my video post yesterday, someone commented on my page claiming that I was the one bullying him.....
​I really need to get this off my chest because feeling accused of bullying an old man feels completely unfair.
​Yesterday, I was working quietly with my staff member. He was looking out his window, probably waiting for a quiet moment to come over. When he came up to us, he complained that the smell of our food was bothering him and told us not to park in front of his house. (The parking area was full can't move any further )However, the driveway you see in the video actually belongs to The Lavenham Greyhounds, and the car parked there was not moving. The pub even confirmed that he can access the back if he needs to.
​We set up there because the pub invited us to start at 5:00 PM. Since I’m not a local, I always try my best to follow the rules and make things right. I double-checked with the pub, and they reassured me that I was fine and that this neighbor has issues with everyone, including the pizza lady who parks there regularly.
​I went back to work, but then he returned, wrote down my license plate number, took photos, and said, "I will shut down your business!"
​My husband wasn't there to help me, so I felt I had to protect myself. I pulled out my phone and recorded that last video.
​I just don't understand why people are so mean to someone who works hard just to earn a living. I carry the responsibility of supporting my entire family—how does threatening to shut down my business benefit anyone?
​So I ask: in this situation, who is actually the bully? 😔

Never easy for me today I had one of the neighbour in Lavenham complaints about my parking next to his house my food smell disturbed him also I park next to his house.I didn't block his access as the car in the video just stay there not move also there are 2 access way at the back if he needs to leave x

Thank you so much Haverhill for all your support tonight! It was great to cook fresh Thai food for you all, and we love seeing so many returning customers. ❤️
​We always aim to deliver the best quality, but we know everyone’s taste buds are different and we can't please everyone 100% of the time. After a busy evening, we received feedback from a new customer who was unhappy with their meal. Even though our other customers loved the food tonight, we immediately reached out and offered a £10 voucher as she doesn't like the Padthai as a gesture of goodwill to make things right.
​Unfortunately, they still weren't satisfied with any part of the meal, including our popular duck spring rolls! While we appreciate private feedback, we wanted to share this openly because we take immense pride in what we do.
​To all our amazing regular and new customers who continue to support us and love our food—thank you from the bottom of our hearts! We can't wait to serve you again soon. 🍜✨
