Aburi means flame seared in Japanese, and they are some of our most popular rolls.

When you sear the salmon with some sugar, it creates a delicious, creamy flavour - we really recommend you try!

Pre 7am, we have a LOT of sushi to roll. We need to be ready for the sushi choppers coming in, so they’re ready to chop, present and decorate your sushi with delicious sauces and toppings.

On average I’m rolling around 60 prawn options before that time, before moving on to delicious teriyaki salmon rolls, nigiri’s and so much more! 🍣
