We’re looking for brilliant Full Time and Part Time Team Members to join our new deli and aperitivo bar.
This isn’t traditional pub hospitality. We’re looking for someone who knows the difference between simply serving a drink and creating an experience.
We’re more interested in attitude, personality and knowledge than simply how many years you’ve worked behind a bar.
Ideally, you’ll have experienced true aperitivo culture and have experience in a good independent restaurant, wine bar, cocktail bar, deli, café or similar metropolitan venue. Experience in London, Manchester, Leeds, Newcastle, Edinburgh or other major food-and-drink cities would be a bonus.
You’ll be confident moving between serving coffee, putting together beautiful small plates, pouring wine, making spritzes and cocktails, serving Italian-inspired food and chatting naturally with customers.
Most importantly, you’ll make people feel like they’ve discovered somewhere they want to come back to.
Somewhere people come for a coffee and stay for aperitivo.
Somewhere they can pick up great produce, meet friends, discover a new wine, have a plate of something delicious and feel like they’re somewhere a little bit special.
