It's Negroni Week, so we're raising a glass to one of the world's favourite cocktails with three rather good serves behind the bar.

The Classic 🍊
Three simple ingredients, one very handsome drink. Bittersweet, balanced and a proper aperitivo favourite.

The Bourbon Negroni 🍃
Smooth, rich and warming, with bourbon bringing a little extra sweetness to the party.

The Sarti Negroni 🍋‍🟩
Bright, fruity and wonderfully refreshing, with Sarti Rosa giving this one a lighter, livelier twist.

Whether you're joining us for dinner, meeting friends for a drink or simply fancy treating yourself to something a little more interesting than your usual pint, pull up a chair and give one a whirl.
(21st-27th September only)
