Thursdays £12 curry and rice will be something different, I’ve found a nice recipe for a Indian pork curry, very rich and aromatic with the usual Indian spices but with the addition of bay leaves and fennel seeds, sounds delicious can’t wait to try it. Ps just over a medium heat 😋
