💜☕🎤 The Cottage Cafe Bistro, Greenock & CLYDE EATS PRESENTS… GO PURPLE COFFEEOKE! 🎤☕💜

You’ve heard of A Straight Fae…

Well this is the reverse…

A STRAIGHT TAE! 😂🙌

For Ardgowan Hospice Go Purple Day, we’re turning the traditional coffee morning completely on its head with 90 minutes of coffee, singing, dancing and absolute BANGERS! 💃🕺

⏰ 7AM – 8.30AM

Before work.
Before the gym.
Before college or uni.
Before the school run.
Or before heading straight back home for a lie down after dancing at 7am. 😂

Come any time. Leave any time!

🎟️ ENTRY: £5

That gets you:

☕ A coffee (or Tea)
🎤 Entry to our Coffeeoke morning
🎟️ One entry into our prize draw to WIN 4 TICKETS to the SOLD OUT Ardgowan Hospice DAY FEVER event on 12th December!

These tickets are sold out and money can’t currently buy them, so this is your ONLY chance to get your hands on four! 🙌

🎟️ Want more chances to win? Additional raffle entries will be available to purchase on the morning but only in the cafe, draw will be made at 8.30am.

🏆 We’ll also have prizes for the best dancer, best lip-sync and best all-round diva performance!

And just to be clear… this isn’t serious karaoke. 😂

We’ll have our very glamorous inflatable microphones, the tunes will be BLARING and everyone can sing along together.

So whether you’re giving us your best Whitney, going full diva with a dramatic lip-sync, or just dancing in the corner with your coffee — you’re in! 🎤😂

Expect bangers like:

🎶 I Wanna Dance With Somebody
🎶 Freed From Desire
🎶 A Thousand Miles — yes, the White Chicks one 😂
🎶 Uptown Funk
🎶 Footloose
And much more!

No singing ability required.
No dance ability required.
No dignity required. 😂

💜 Wear purple if you can
☕ Grab your coffee
🎤 Grab an inflatable mic
💃 Start your day with a dance

👨‍🍳 COME JOIN OUR TEAM! 👩‍🍳

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Chef or Cook to join our team at The Cottage ❤️

We can offer full-time or part-time hours, so we’re happy to chat about what works for the right person.

We’re a very busy, fast-paced café, so previous experience working in a busy kitchen is essential. We need someone who can hit the ground running, work well under pressure and, most importantly, be a good fit with our team.

If you’re reliable, hardworking, can keep your cool when the checks are flying in 😅 and enjoy being part of a friendly team, we’d love to hear from you!

📩 Drop us a private message with a little bit about yourself and your experience, or email with your CV to, [email protected]

And as always, we’d really appreciate a share ❤️
