Over the past 37 years, Me Bob, have made Beer and Wine, at first looking back, it was not that good, but like any thing in life the more you do the better it gets. and they stay all evening you start to think? What can i do to make this better? Why do i have to have the headaches? so i stripped back to basics. Now the beer i make only h
as water, malt, hopes, yeast = for me no bad head, then i moved on to the wine = no bad head for her in doors. Then in late 2017 i think i went mad ??? I was going to build a brewery and taproom. I looked around to find the right place and did not, in 2019 the unit which we are in became available so on September the 1st 2019 i started on a journey in life and now i have a crafty 1 and boozy bob’s which is just the start. Over the next few months and may be years we will be on a journey, not only to finish the brewery, kitchen, but to develop the distillery, beer, wine and cider, which i have gained licenses for from HMRC. My hopes are that you will all join in with me, as you drink beer, sip wine and the odd G&T, in the journey that is just beginning and i hope we can all share this together.
