Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Chef (Tandoori), Restaurant Manager to join our team at our established authentic Indian restaurant in Great Dunmow.

Chef (Second Chef) Requirements:

Chef (Tandoori) Requirement:

This is a full-time permanent post requiring a skilled Tandoori Chef for the following tasks-
● Prepare grilled chicken, Chicken Tikka, lamb and beef and kebabs
● Making naans and other types of bread
● Able to maintain the grilling oven and its equipment.
● Control the grilling section and its team members

Kitchen Manager Requirement:

• Coordinate between the kitchen and the floor
• Making sure that the kitchen is running smoothly
• Provide training to kitchen members
• Comply with the kitchen regulations
• Control kitchen wastage and reduce it
