You'll have noticed the Coffee Barn has, been a bit hit and miss lately with our opening times. For this we apologise.
We're looking to getting everything back up and running as soon as possible - later this week hopefully.
There will have to be a few changes but, you'll be pleased to know, our staff are still here together with delicious cakes, the best coffee and awesome breakfasts!
We're missing you, our lovely customers, and we guess your missing us.

Community is important and we love being a part of the village of Buckminster. It's great to see so many events taking place at this time of the year in each of the local villages and we're particularly pleased to support the Fun Day taking place in Sproxton on Saturday (11 July) from 12noon. It's supporting fundraising efforts for a defibrillator in the village. Head along, show your support for traditional village events, and don't forget to buy a cake ... whatever you don't forget to buy a cake!

The 2026 FAI F4 World Championships for Scale Model Aircraft is taking place just down the road from us at the BMFA Buckminster from 9th July. Teams are travelling from around the world and the aviators from Australia, the current world champions, enjoyed coffee this morning at the Barn! We wish them the best for the competition!

Our monthly session of LIVE Jazz brings the "Hugh Pascall Quartet" to The Coffee Barn tomorrow (Sunday 5 July). Starting at 4pm, the event takes place outside, with stunning views over the Leicestershire Wolds, and indoors in case of an outbreak of English weather! We'll have ample seating available but feel free to bring your own collapsible chair, if you'd like.
