Meet the team- Ailsa! ☺️

Ailsa has been shop manager at Dorothy’s Teas since 2020. If you have ordered with us online you will probably recognise her name from one of our hand-written thank you notes. She is responsible for the day-to-day running of both our onsite and online shops 🤩

Ailsa has had a passion for tea from a young age, and has a Tea Championship diploma from the UK Tea Academy, alongside a masters degree in history focusing on the tea trade of the 17th and 18th centuries. She is an avid tea drinker and is always on hand to assist Dorothy with tea tasting and selecting new teas to add to our collection!

Go to brew: Uruwalla for breakfast and Lullaby Kiss for the evening.
