Has anyone lost this lovely cat, or does anyone recognise it?

It's back at the chip shop again and seems like it might be feeling unwell. It doesn't have a collar or tag. I've given it some food and fresh water, and it's very friendly, but I don't know much about cats and I'm not sure how best to help.

If anyone knows who it belongs to or can offer advice or assistance, please let me know. I'd hate for it to be out here if it's poorly. ❤️🐱........
