It's going to be another warm weekend!

Come and enjoy the Mead Row Airlock© (two AC units and everyone shouting "door" if you dare leave it open for 5 seconds), with some of the coldest beer in town allegedly.....

Ever wondered where the plane you had spotted was going to, while sat in a pub beer garden?!

Probably not! But for us few there are literally minutes of entertainment with our flight wall, and some exciting drinking game opportunties...

We have put our prices up today and for the sake of transparency here are the new costs for a pint.

We’re still convinced we are one of the cheapest pubs in the area (yes we know all about clubs and ‘spoons!), and have Sky Sports, board games, a free interactive dartsboard & a cracking beer garden.

As we strive to make the business profitable and with increasing costs this is our only option.

As ever support your independent locally owned freehouse, all the money goes into keeping the business going and our local staff employed.

Big day! Up at 6am as we prepare to watch England's (hopeful) victory against the Argentinians.

Much love to all our regulars and new customers a like who have all been a great support in the past couple of months.

Lets be loud, proud, and come down and support your locally owned freehouse. We'll have at least two TVs on outside and the air conditioning is already blasting inside.

If you want a seat we recommend coming in at around 6pm. If you really want a seat bring your own!!!!

Feel free to order and pizzas will be arriving at half time.

Due to some cancelled bookings and ambiguity on the weather situation we aren't opening for Mexico vs England at 1am.

Which is particularly tragic as we bought a pinata!

We have bought 1,000 plastic pint glasses for England vs Congo DR knock out World Cup game at the Mead Row at 5pm.

The Mead Row beer garden has been warming up for the group stages of the World Cup, and we are expecting a big one for England vs Congo DR tomorrow (Wednesday) at 5pm!

Get down early to secure a seat inside to enjoy the AC, or outside as we were standing room only on Sunday.

See you at the Row for hopefully the start of England's knock out games. Support your independently owned local boozer!
