Ube vs Matcha 💜💚

Two vibrant favorites—but totally different vibes.

Ube is a naturally sweet purple yam with a smooth, nutty, almost vanilla-like flavor. It’s basically dessert in ingredient form 🍰

Matcha, on the other hand, is finely ground green tea—earthy, slightly bitter, and packed with that rich umami taste. It shines when balanced with sweetness 🍵

Same aesthetic energy, completely different flavor stories.
