The Wonderful Rosie Arnfield is joining us in the treehouse this Saturday (8th aug)
Rosie is a Glossop singer-songwriter whose music is shaped by the dramatic landscapes and ever-changing seasons of the Peak District. Performing on both piano and acoustic guitar, she weaves together heartfelt original songs and beautifully reimagined covers, creating an intimate evening of music that captures a deep sense of place, reflection and wonder.
Drawing inspiration from the storytelling of Joni Mitchell, James Taylor, Carole King and Sandy Denny, alongside modern artists such as Billie Eilish, Rosie’s set effortlessly moves between folk, contemporary pop and timeless classics. Whether it’s a beautifully reimagined cover or one of her own songs born from walks beyond the dry stone walls surrounding Glossop, every performance is led by honest storytelling and a genuine love of music.
Known for her warm stage presence and expressive voice, Rosie’s performances have been praised for their heartfelt songwriting, haunting melodies and the intimate connection she creates with her audience.
