Hi, my name is Jo, some of you know me and know that I am a bit crazy, full of fun and very arty. Prices for cakes vary so please pm me with any queries.

I was labelled the Crazy Cake Lady because I was always baking and creating food like a mad professor and I was never out of the kitchen! I am a great lover of baking and cake making and am always creating something special. I started cake decorating at college back in 1995 but when I gave birth to my beautiful daughter in 1997 I began studying and working in Early Years which allowed me to work a

nd take care of her at the same time, I worked in various educational roles until 2013 when my cake decorating business then became my full time job and has been ever since. During my time in education I also obtained a BA, degree in Art, Design and Humanities which I am very proud of. Before moving back to Fife I ran a cake shop/cafe for a short while which reignited my passion for baking and cake decorating. Now along with my love of art and baking combined and my determination I hope to create some really special and delicious cakes and treats for everyones taste and style. So a wee fun fact for you ☺️
If you’ve ever tried one of the M&M Mega Cookies here at C&C you’ll know how yummy, versatile and filling they are! 😋

When I make these cookies I make sure each one is weighed so they are all the same size.
Then I lovingly add the M&Ms by hand, going that wee bit further, to make sure you get a variety of colours and that extra crunch.
(There’d be no fun in a whole cookie with just the yellow ones!!) 😄

So each cookie is weighed to around a whopping 140-150g before it’s baked with love! (Too cheesy?) 😬🤗

Sometimes those cookies bake out the way and spread, sometimes those cookies bake up the way and grow tall (all to do with the variation of your oven)
But ALWAYS the same weight and always the same attention to detail so that you guys can really enjoy them 🥰

Did you know that some of our customers also heat them up so that you’re getting a deliciously warm, chocolatey, crispy cookie dough taste sensation 🥳

Ok ok it’s a cookie, but it’s not just any cookie…🤔😅

As Bethany here will show you there’s EVERYTHING to smile about 🤗

Thursdays are our chilled days so if you fancy popping in to enjoy the vibe, we have some delicious coffee from The Roasting Project - Coffee Roastery and a selection of teas from The Wee Tea Company to enjoy with a delectable slab of Malteser cheesecake?! 🤤

Our Open Sandwiches are really popular and I’ve now introduced the smoked salmon option!
Lightly toasted sourdough topped with cream cheese, salad, Marie Rose sauce, Scottish smoked salmon, cucumber, balsamic and chives 🥰

I actually had this one for my dinner last night and scoffed the lot, it was so tasty! 😋
Give them a try, you’ll love them ❤️

So I’ve got a real treat for you today! 🤩
Ever since the shop opened over a year and a half ago, I’ve been getting harrassed by my daughter and Wullie (a family friend) to make a cinnamon bun cheesecake! 😬

I had managed to put it off long enough but as it was Danis birthday a couple of days ago, guess what she asked for?! 😅

So I was forced into making it against my will! 😆
But having said that, it’s absolutely scrumptious! 🥳
So I definitely had to make one for you guys to try too 😋

So it’s in today, The Cinnamon Bun Cheesecake (ok Wullie?!!) 🙄😂

A sweet vanilla, cinnamon bun swirled cheesecake with a buttery biscuit base, a generous piping of that creamy frosting and topped with a crunchy cinnamon bun crumble!! 🤤

(Totally fine to dribble and slaver btw, we don’t judge here) 😄

Did you miss me yesterday? 🤔
Well I missed you guys! 😂

I had a wee day off to celebrate my lovely daughter Danis birthday 🤗🥳and the C&C ladies held the fort brilliantly while I was off! 🥰

I appreciate my wee team so much here and even more so when oor Linda makes Viennese whirls!! 😋
