Some of you may have noticed a little change around here… we’ve officially made the switch from Heinz to Stokes! 🍅✨

We won't spoil the taste test for you—you’ll have to try it for yourselves. But beyond the delicious flavour, here is why we made the swap:

-Bigger Portions: More sauce in every sachet!
-Eco-Friendly: The new packaging is 100% recyclable. ♻️
-Same Great Price: Absolutely no price increase.
-We now sell Stokes Sauce bottles also - better for big orders!

We will always have a soft spot for Heinz, but making this switch keeps things affordable for your wallets while staying true to our sustainable ethos. We are incredibly proud to be serving Stokes to you from here on out! 🍔🍟

We had a brilliant time celebrating , and this year was a massive success! For the second year in a row, we were absolutely delighted to host the lovely pupils from St. Benedict’s C of E VA Junior School, Glastonbury

It is so important to us to show the next generation the hard work and dedication that goes into bringing great fish and chips to their dinner tables. During their visit, the pupils got to experience:

🌊 The Journey of the Catch: We watched videos detailing the provenance of our seafood, learning all about the trawlers and hardworking fishing communities across the North Atlantic.
🏢 Behind the Scenes: A full tour of our business to see exactly how the magic happens!
📜 A Trip Down Memory Lane: We shared the rich history of Britain's favorite dish, alongside the proud heritage of Knights.

A huge thank you to the St. Ben's pupils and staff for bringing such fantastic energy. We can't wait to do it again next year! 💙

We are talking premium, 100% pure Cod and Hake (no cheap fish here! 🐟) encased in a perfectly golden crumb.

We lay these beauties across thick, farmhouse bread that is lightly toasted for a very specific reason. Un-toasted bread suffers catastrophic structural failure when faced with our generous lashings of butter. 🧈 It's simple load-bearing physics, folks. 🤓

It is then crowned, as is only right and proper, with a heavy dollop of tartare or ketchup. 🍅

(Please, I am begging you, let's not start a war in the comments over which sauce is superior. Both are magnificent, valid life choices, and my blood pressure simply cannot take internet arguments today. 🏳️ I will give you a free pickled onion if everyone just stays calm. 🧅)
