Just reflecting on another mad week… 😂❤️

Another week where you look back and wonder how we actually managed to get everything done.

Kyle’s been away enjoying his holiday 🍻☀️, so we’ve been a man down.

That meant our youngest, Nathan, getting thrown into the deep end a bit more this week. And fair play to him — he’s just got stuck in, worked hard and shown a real willingness to help wherever he can.

Still plenty to learn… but then again, so have the rest of us. 😂
Proud of the wee man. ❤️

Then onto the markets…

Paisley was absolutely FLYING. 🤯

Sold out, broke our previous records and genuinely couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you to everyone who came down and supported us. 🙏

And then there was Dunfermline… 😂

We arrived to set up and there was a car sitting right in the middle of the market area.

Turns out a young lad had been out the night before, parked there, then apparently helped a young lady home… and somehow lost his car keys in the process. 😂

So while everyone else packed up after their Saturday night…

His car stayed for the Sunday market. 🤦‍♂️

We’ve all been young once. 😂

But fair play to the lad for helping someone out — respect. 👏

Another week of meals, markets, madness and plenty of stories along the way.

A massive thank you to all our customers, partner outlets, market organisers and everyone who continues to support our wee business.

We’re definitely not perfect.
Most weeks are organised chaos. 😂

But we love what we’re building and we’re incredibly grateful you lot keep us this busy. ❤️

🚨 Plot twist… there are only TWO markets this weekend! 😂

Our very own Boy Wonder Kyle is off on a well-earned lads’ holiday before heading back to university. 🍻✈️

He’s grafted all summer helping us smash record markets, so we’ve finally let him escape for a few days… although we’re not convinced he’ll survive without a Chicken Satay. 😅

The rest of us will be holding down the fort this weekend with all your favourite healthy Chinese meals. 💪🥡

What a week… ❤️

It’s only when you stop for a moment that you realise just how much has happened.

✅ Thousands of meals cooked and delivered.
✅ Our home delivery routes have been busier than ever.
✅ A van decided it had other plans and broke down.
✅ The wife even recruited our youngest to help with deliveries (child labour… only joking! 😂).
✅ We’ve had enquiries from potential new stockists.
✅ So many lovely messages from happy customers.
✅ Our new Korean Fried Chicken has absolutely flown out.
✅ And we’ve broken sales records at our farmers’ markets, selling out time and time again.

Some weeks test you. Some weeks remind you why you do it.

We’re incredibly grateful that we get to create meals that make people’s lives a little easier—whether that’s helping someone eat healthier, saving them time after a long day, or simply giving them something they genuinely enjoy.

To everyone who has ordered, visited us at a market, picked up a meal from one of our stockists, recommended us to a friend, or simply liked, commented or shared one of our posts… thank you.

We don’t take any of it for granted.

A week like this reminds me that a business is only as good as the people behind it. 👏

It’s been an incredibly busy week at Meals By Man, and I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to the team.

A special shoutout to the Young Team before they go back to Uni Kyle and Zeah, who stepped up to cover the chefs’ holidays. Long days, plenty of pressure, and a lot to learn—but they’ve thrown themselves into it, picked things up quickly, and given it everything they’ve got.

And of course, Chef Robbo has been in the kitchen doing what he does best… cooking up an absolute storm. 🔥

Watching the team grow, learn new skills, and support each other is something we’re really proud of. That’s what Meals By Man is all about.
