Originating from Trinidad & Tobago, the islands of Sun, Sea and Rum. We are laid back (not as far as rocking in a hammock everyday) but enough not to be bothered by the lack of sun over here in the UK. This is because although the sun is missing we can still get the Sea and Rum, (the sea is not so nice). We enjoy cooking, listening to music and drinking rum (as well as feeding others) which is rea
lly what this page is for. Most Trini’s will agree the love for food, music and a “few alcoholic beverages” runs deep. However, this is something that all Caribbean people have in common. We hope to provide a taste of the whole Caribbean by finding products available on more than one Island. Please feel free to send us your cooking videos and share some music with us, but we only like good food, hot Soca and a dash of Reggae and Dancehall. Ya cah play anyting else inna dis Kitchen!
