Our chefs homemade special of the day . Pork tenderloin with a mushroom duxelle wrapped in cabbage and smoked bacon with a whole grain mustard and chive sauce , tender stem broccoli baby carrots and crushed new potatoes. Followed by some homemade dessert for our lovely UPARA group x

Today's chef special is wild asparagus, wrapped in smoked bacon with a poached egg rested on top and a hollandaise sauce with a salad garnish.

Our head chef Craig has been experimenting with making black pudding infused scotch eggs with a homemade garlic mayo for the chefs special starter on a Sunday. He has also perfected a vegetarian one to include all customers! They have gone down a treat with all of the customers with lovely feedback!
