Cream of leek and potato soup tomorrow. Nothing better than homemade soup in this harsh weather. I will definitely be doing pea and ham hock this week. I just had to order split peas from amazon as asda etc didn't have any in and cheaper to order off Amazon

First of all, whose granny had a baking/mixing bowl like this? I grew up with mixing in my nanna's bowl identical to this one and my nanna died when I was 10 and a half but she managed to get alot of baking tips into me in them short 10 years with her. Thanks for all the positive feedback from the carrot and coriander soup. Just trying to decide what soup to do next, possibly Friday as I know we have Storm Austen heading towards us late tomorrow night. Choices would be Leek and potato or pea and ham x
