Simply stunning lunch today. So good I forgot to take any pictures. This was Sardine eschebeche after some lovely oysters, followed by dry aged Turbot and then sweet and sour Tiger Prawns. Delicious. If you haven’t been Go!!

Just want to say a huge thank you to not only our fabulous customers but also the incredible suppliers, neighbours and staff who helped us achieve some pretty cool stuff over the last two years.
I also want to big up all the small independents that make this town so special. It’s super tough at the best of times but right now they need all the support going 🥰

May go a little quiet on here for a fortnight but don’t go as exciting oyster and bloody bar news coming soon.
Also do check to see how we are getting on as we get back to smashing out our thin and crispy wood fired pizzas and more on the road.

It is with huge sadness that we have to announce that Hesperian will be trading up at the station for the last time this weekend. Just shy of our second birthday the rime has come to close the doors on what has been an incredible journey.
We would like to thank all of our wonderful customers and suppliers for their support and we hope that people enjoyed eating with us as much as we have serving them.
Hesperian will live on in the form of a mobile oyster bar for private events and dining- more details on this to follow.
So we hope you’ll come see us one last time before we move on to our next adventure.
And remember “Fish or no fish, welcome home Fishermen!”
Angus, Hesperian
