☕️ THAT’S A WRAP ON OUR 2026 SEASON! 🤎

Some of you may have spotted our little notice at the pod over the past couple of days, but it’s officially time for us to close our doors for the season! 🍂

We just want to say a massive thank you to everyone who has visited, supported us, left us feedback, or simply stopped by for a coffee and a chat. ☕️

We’ve had such an amazing summer at The Pier Cafe, and we honestly couldn’t have done it without all of you. It has been so lovely seeing locals, visitors, doggies 🐾 and familiar faces enjoying the pod and our views of Loch Ness.

We’ve learnt so much this season and have loved hearing your feedback and ideas along the way. We’ve already got plenty of ideas brewing for next year, and we can’t wait to bring the pod back bigger, better and with lots of new things to look forward to! 👀🤎

For now, we’ll be taking a little break, and getting everything ready behind the scenes for spring. 🌿

Thank you again for an incredible summer — we’re so lucky to have such amazing support from our local community and everyone who travels to visit us.

As we head into the quieter months, things are naturally starting to slow down at the cafe 🍂☕️ So, for the time being, we’re making a small change to our opening hours.

From today, we’ll be open:

☕️ Sunday – Thursday | 11am–4pm
🚪 Friday & Saturday | CLOSED

Although Saturdays can seem like a busy day, our customer numbers have actually shown Fridays and Saturdays to be our quietest times, so this works best for us during the coming months.

We’ll see how September and October go before deciding when we’ll close for the season — but don’t worry, we still have lots of plans for the next season🥰

A HUGE thank you to everyone who has supported us throughout our amazing first summer season 🥹We’ve loved bringing our little cafe to the community, meeting so many wonderful people, locals, visitors and of course all your dogs! 🐶

☀️ OUR SUMMER MENU ARRIVES TOMORROW! ☀️

Summer is finally here (or at least we’re hoping! 😄), and from tomorrow we’ll be launching our new Summer Menu at The Pier Cafe.

We’ve kept the favourites, but we’ve expanded our iced drinks menu so you can enjoy your favourite coffees and drinks with ice while taking in the stunning views across Loch Ness.

🥤 What’s new?
✨ Our delicious Iced Choccies – think chocolate milkshake vibes, but even better!
🌿 The return of our Summer Refreshers, now with new flavours and refreshed with fresh mint & lime.
☕ All made using our fantastic Highland Roast beans from Inverness Coffee Roasting Co

And because this is Scotland… we know summer doesn’t always mean sunshine! 🌦️ That’s why we’re keeping our hot paninis and hot dogs on the menu, alongside our amazing cakes freshly baked by 👉🏼 🌱 Vegan Cakes & Bakes and delicious Loch Ness Ice Cream Loch Ness Ice Cream

Since reopening, we’ve had lots of requests for b**r and alcohol. Unfortunately, we don’t currently hold an alcohol licence, but we’re pleased to announce that from this week we’ll be trialling a selection of non-alcoholic options!

Our local duck couple, Dan and Delilah, have hatched 8 gorgeous ducklings in the bay below the cafe today! 💛 What a special sight and a perfect reminder of how beautiful life at Loch Ness can be.

With the sunshine gracing us today, it’s the perfect excuse to stop by, relax, and enjoy the view. ☀️🌊
